Coach Trip 2013

On 8th June 2013 we were very fortunate to see the sun shine for the EHS coach trip to RHS Wisley. This is the fourth year we have made the trip and the fourth year the weather has been on our side.
 
There are always many different attractions at RHS Wisley. The fruit and vegetable gardens were showing produce in the very early stages of growing. The Herb Garden is being transformed and by our next visit there will be a tea garden in one corner, where the tea will be grown. The Glasshouse Gallery was dedicated to 100 years of the Chelsea Flower Show with photos from past decades and a film of this year's show gardens.
 
There is plenty of opportunity for the horticulturalists amongst us to learn something new and find a new "must have" plant. Many of us boarded the coach for the journey home carrying a bag from the Plant Shop.
